Yellowstone Publishing, LLC has developed the Food Scholar education series to provide restaurant & culinary professionals, business professionals, and lovers of food & wine with a comprehensive set of etiquette, dining, wine, and culinary reference materials. 

These lessons are the culmination of years of research, resulting in the best information available on each subject.  The volumes are rich in information, but also interesting and enjoyable.  The content of each lesson has been compiled by consulting respected restaurant professionals, arts and dining journalists, business professionals, and teachers; as well as through innumerable hours of researching the various areas of dining and etiquette using all available reference materials on these topics.  The resulting volumes give the listener a consensus view of the important etiquette and dining topics and rules without wasting the listener’s time with useless information.
